Refund policy

Refund and Exit Commitment Period Participation in the E-Tech Factory Alliance requires a long-term, illiquid commitment of 60 consecutive months. This structure is necessary to ensure the stability of the property portfolio and the "Software" operating model. Refund and Exit Requests Discretionary Nature: There is no automatic right to a refund or redemption of capital. Exit Discussion: Any request for a refund or early exit will be discussed only at the formal point of exit. Final Decision: The approval of any buy-out or refund, and the terms thereof, are subject entirely to the discretion of the E-Tech Factory Pty Ltd principals (the business owners). Process: Members wishing to explore an exit must submit a formal written request to management, which will be considered on its individual merits.
